Welcome to Avelux Body Wellness. By scheduling an appointment, purchasing services, enrolling in a membership, purchasing a treatment package, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

No Guarantee of Results

Individual results vary based on age, health, lifestyle, compliance with recommendations, and other factors beyond our control.

Avelux Body Wellness does not guarantee specific results from any treatment, service, weight loss program, facial, body contouring treatment, or wellness program.

Consultation Requirement

Certain services may require a consultation prior to treatment. Avelux Body Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if a client is determined not to be an appropriate candidate.

Deposits & Appointments

Appointments may require a deposit to reserve treatment time.

Deposits may be applied toward services received.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment or cancellation outside of the required notice period may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may forfeit deposits, promotional pricing, or package sessions.

Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Treatment Packages

Treatment packages are non-refundable.

Unused sessions may be transferred to another service at the discretion of Avelux Body Wellness but have no cash value.

Package sessions expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing.

Membership Terms

Membership fees are billed automatically according to the membership agreement.

Membership charges continue until canceled in accordance with the membership terms.

Missed appointments do not constitute cancellation of membership.

Unused monthly benefits may expire as outlined in the membership agreement.

Promotions & Special Offers

Promotions, discounts, introductory offers, and special pricing may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.

Promotions may not be combined unless specifically stated.

Medical Clearance

Clients are responsible for disclosing accurate health information.

Avelux Body Wellness reserves the right to request physician clearance before performing certain treatments.

Failure to disclose relevant medical conditions may result in treatment denial or termination.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Financing approvals are provided by third-party financing companies and are subject to their independent review and approval.

Avelux Body Wellness does not guarantee financing approval.

Client Responsibility

Clients agree to follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions.

Failure to follow recommended instructions may impact results and may increase the risk of adverse outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avelux Body Wellness, its owners, employees, contractors, medical providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from services provided.

By receiving treatment, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with aesthetic and wellness procedures.

Photographs & Marketing

Before-and-after photographs may be taken for treatment documentation purposes.

No identifiable photographs will be used for marketing purposes without the client’s written consent.

Right to Refuse Service

Avelux Body Wellness reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for safety, medical, legal, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.

Governing Law
